Making a Cake

Last week, P.1 students had participated in whole class direct experience – making a cake during their NET lesson as a part of our Space Town Curriculum. The main focus of baking a cake is to introduce procedural text (recipe) and apply student’s previous knowledge of language structure to describe the cake in this context. All students with their English teachers had fun making chocolate cupcakes and decorating them with chocolate/ cream icing and sprinkles. 小一同學在Space Town課堂參與製作小蛋糕。同學稍後會撰寫英文食譜以配合以上活動。
